This action formally initiates the litigation process under the Hatch-Waxman Act.
Kerydin® (tavaborole) topical solution, 5% is indicated for the treatment of onychomycosis of the toenails due to Trichophyton rubrum or Trichophyton mentagrophytes. Annual market sales for the 12 months ending August 2018 were $77 million as measured by IQVIA™.
