DUBLIN, Nov. 28, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Perrigo Company plc (NYSE; TASE: PRGO) today announced that it has settled its Hatch-Waxman litigation relating to Sernivo® (betamethasone dipropionate, 0.05%) Spray brought by Promius Pharma LLC. Terms of the settlement are confidential.
Sernivo® (betamethasone dipropionate, 0.05%) Spray is indicated for the treatment of mild-to-moderate plaque psoriasis in patients 18 years of age or older. Annual market sales for the 12 months ending September 2018 were approximately $13 million as measured by IQVIA™.
