President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman
Mr. Papa joined Perrigo on October 9, 2006 as President and Chief Executive Officer. He was elected a Director in November 2006 and appointed Chairman of the Board in October 2007. He previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Pharmaceutical and Technologies Services segment of Cardinal Health. Prior to that position, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Watson Pharmaceuticals. Additionally, he has held management positions at DuPont Pharmaceuticals, Pharmacia Corporation, G. D. Searle and Novartis. Mr. Papa is a director of Smith & Nephew, a developer of advanced orthopedic medical devices.
Executive Vice President, Global Operations and Supply Chain
Mr. Hendrickson joined Perrigo in 1989 and has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility, from operations to supply chain to sales. He was appointed to his current position in 2007, having most recently been Executive Vice President and General Manager, Perrigo Consumer Healthcare.
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Brown joined Perrigo in 2004 as Vice President and Corporate Controller, following 15 years experience at Whirlpool Corporation and Ernst & Young. She was appointed to her current position in 2006. Ms. Brown is a director of Belden Corporation, an NYSE traded company that designs, manufactures and markets cable, connectivity and networking products in markets including industrial automation, enterprise, transportation, infrastructure and consumer electronics.
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Mr. Kingma joined Perrigo in 2003 as Vice President and General Counsel. Before joining Perrigo, he was Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Pharmacia Corporation. Mr. Kingma was appointed to his current position in 2006.
Executive Vice President, General Manager Consumer Healthcare
Mr. Needham joined Perrigo in 1984 and has held numerous positions of increasing responsiblity in sales, marketing and business development. He was appointed to his current poisition in October of 2009.
